Who is responsible?

What data do we process?

When you write to us, call us or book a call, we process the information you give us: name, email, phone number, company and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and for any later customer relationship.

Bookings via Google

The booking calendar on our Danish pages is provided by Google (Google Calendar). When you book, Google processes your information on our behalf.

Cookies and third-party content

The website itself sets no cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server. YouTube videos only load when you press play and are shown via YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Who do we share data with?

We only share data with suppliers who help us run the website, email and bookings, or where required by law. If data is processed outside the EU/EEA, this happens with the safeguards required by data protection law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long do we keep it?

We keep data as long as necessary for the purpose or to meet legal requirements, such as bookkeeping rules, and then delete or anonymise it.
